Terms and Conditions (Simplified Version) 

（中文版本為準，英文僅供參考 The Chinese version shall prevail. The English translation is for reference only） 

1. 價格與退換 Price & Return 發票所載價格包含隨附附件及操作說明書（如有），但不包括裝配、安裝及測試費用。貨物一經出門，恕不接受退款或退貨。 The invoice price includes accessories and manuals (if any), but excludes assembly, installation, and testing fees. No refund or return once goods are delivered.
2. 瑕疵通知時限 Defect Notification Period 買方收貨後須立即檢查，如有任何品質不符，必須於收貨後14天內以書面通知賣方，由賣方代為轉交原廠跟進。逾期恕不接受任何品質異議或換貨要求。 Buyer must inspect goods upon receipt. Any quality issues must be reported in writing within 14 days. Late claims will not be accepted.
3. 保用與維修 Warranty & Repair 所有產品保固均由原廠製造商依其條款提供（如有）。買方可選擇由賣方工人協助安裝或更換，但相關人工費用及風險由買方自行承擔。 Warranty is provided by the manufacturer (if applicable). Buyer may request seller's workers for assistance, but labor costs and risks are borne by the buyer.
4. 責任限製 Liability Limitation 在法律允許範圍內，賣方不承擔因產品缺陷、不當操作或意外事故所造成的直接或間接損失。若法律或合約要求承擔責任，最高賠償責任總額以買方就該產品實際支付之貨款金額為上限。 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by defects, misuse, or accidents. If liability is required, compensation is capped at the purchase price.
5. 使用限製與安全 Usage Restrictions & Safety 本公司銷售之吊機僅供吊運普通貨物。嚴禁用於吊運6米或以上的長型材料（如鋼筋、工字鐵、闆樁等）。 Cranes sold are for ordinary cargo only. Use for lifting long materials (6m or above) such as rebar, I-beams, or sheet piles is strictly prohibited.
6. 買方合規義務 Buyer Compliance Obligations 買方及使用者必須遵守相關法律法規及製造商操作手冊，否則原廠保用即時失效。 Buyer and users must comply with laws, regulations, and manufacturer manuals. Failure to comply voids manufacturer warranty.
7. 型號與規格說明 Model & Specification Disclaimer 吊機型號僅作為區分名稱，實際負載能力必須依照廠方隨貨附上的負載表與操作手冊。 Model names are for identification only. Actual load capacity must follow manufacturer's load chart and manual.
