Terms and Conditions

    1. Products include accessories (if any) and operation manuals (if cranes or remote controls are involved), but do not include assembly or installation. Once goods are dispatched, returns are not accepted.
    2. The Seller only sells cranes, steel structures, hydraulic components, parts, accessories, and other goods. The Buyer shall engage qualified and reputable companies for assembly and inspection. If any quality issues arise, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 days of receipt. The Seller will then inform the manufacturer for follow-up. Failure to notify within 14 days shall be deemed acceptance of product quality. No replacement will be provided after 14 days. The Seller shall not be liable for loss of work, subsequent handling costs, downtime costs, availability-related items, consequential damages, loss of profit, indirect losses, or any legal liabilities.
    3. The Seller only sells cranes, steel structures, hydraulic components, parts, accessories, remote controls, and other goods for profit margin purposes. No testing or inspection is conducted by the Seller. The Buyer shall engage accredited professional companies for testing, inspection, and installation.
    4. The Seller does not provide warranty or maintenance. Warranty, if any, is provided by the manufacturer. During the warranty period, if quality issues arise within the warranty scope, the manufacturer will supply replacement parts, and the Buyer shall install them independently.
    5. The Seller shall not be liable for any accidents or losses arising from incidents such as component damage or failure, improper operation, overloading, product modification (whether by the Buyer or outsourced parties), unreasonable use (including violation of national/international standards, codes of practice, laws, local regulations, or the manufacturer's latest operation manual), metal fatigue, or product quality issues. Losses include but are not limited to: telephone charges, transportation costs, accommodation, loss of work, depreciation and repair costs of related machinery, commercial losses, property damage, legal fees, personal injury or death, post-incident handling costs, downtime costs, consequential damages, medical and rehabilitation expenses, goodwill loss, loss of anticipated savings, loss of expected income, data loss, production loss, usage loss, incidental losses, exemplary damages, profit loss, special damages, fines, derivative losses, or other indirect damages.
    6. Any claims by the Buyer must be submitted within one month from the date of occurrence.
    7. If the Buyer, owner, or user modifies the product, fails to maintain it properly, or operates it improperly, any manufacturer-provided warranty (if any) shall be immediately void.
    8. Crane model numbers (if any) do not represent load/lifting capacity; they are only identifiers for different models. Load/lifting capacity must be referred to in the manufacturer's load chart. Cranes are shipped with operation manuals provided by the manufacturer. Customers and operators must carefully read and comply with the terms and conditions in the manual before use. If the manual is missing, customers must request one from the distributor or manufacturer.
    9. Before making a purchase decision, Buyers should inspect the goods in person and obtain relevant information. If in doubt, Buyers must seek independent advice from third-party professionals.
    10. Cranes sold by the Company are intended for lifting general cargo only. They must not be used for lifting long materials of 6 meters or more (such as rebar, I-beams, sheet piles, etc.) or for intensive use in harsh working environments, as this may cause crane damage and personal injury.
    11. Buyers, owners, and users must strictly comply with applicable national/international standards, codes of practice, laws, local regulations, and the manufacturer's latest operation manual. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, property damage, or damage to cranes, steel structures, hydraulic components, parts, and goods themselves.
    12. Buyers fully understand that improper operation (including violation of national/international standards, codes of practice, laws, regulations, manufacturer's manuals, and guidelines), modification of safety settings, or lack of proper maintenance may cause component and structural damage, accelerate metal fatigue, and reduce performance. Even under normal operation, such conditions may lead to serious accidents, resulting in personal injury or property damage.
    13. Until full payment is made by the Buyer, the Seller retains the right to repossess and dispose of the products.
    14. Risk of loss, usage, and related liabilities transfer to the Buyer upon dispatch of the goods.
    15. All product quality, suitability, and safety responsibilities rest solely with the individual suppliers and/or manufacturers. The Seller assumes no responsibility.
    16. Upon issuance of a delivery notice by fax or electronic means (such as email), the Buyer must settle payment and collect the goods within one month. Otherwise, the Seller reserves the right to forfeit any deposit (if applicable) and cancel the order.
    17. In case of disputes, the Company reserves the right of final decision.
    18. In the event of any discrepancies between different language versions of this website or the sales terms, the Chinese text shall prevail.
